About Me
My name is Yeshemabeth Allen, and this page offers a closer look at my academic background and professional journey. My educational foundation has played a key role in shaping my analytical approach and career direction. I hold a Bachelor of Science in International Relations with a Minor in Criminology, and I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer-Based Management Information Systems.
My academic and professional experience reflects a blend of analytical work, public sector documentation, stakeholder coordination, and digital capability.

Professional Snapshot
Research, reporting, programme analysis and growing business analysis capability.
Who I Am
I am an analytical public sector professional with over three years of experience in research, reporting and programme analysis across Government of Jamaica institutions. My work has allowed me to develop strong skills in data validation, structured reporting, stakeholder coordination and evidence-based decision-making.
I am particularly interested in business analysis and in using information to improve processes, support strategy and strengthen organisational performance. I enjoy work that requires critical thinking, structure, accuracy and the ability to turn complex information into clear and useful insights.
My Professional Background
Throughout my career, I have supported reporting, documentation, research and programme-related work in public sector environments. This has included preparing structured reports, validating data, coordinating with stakeholders, compiling information from multiple sources and contributing to evidence-based outputs for management review and institutional use.
These experiences have strengthened my ability to work with detail, manage information responsibly and communicate findings in a way that supports accountability and informed decision-making.
About This Website
I designed and developed this portfolio website myself using Next.js and Visual Studio Code. Building it gave me the opportunity to combine analytical thinking with creativity while presenting my work in a structured, modern and intentional way.
Through the process of creating this site, I strengthened my skills in web development, digital presentation, layout design, problem-solving and content organisation.
What I Value
I believe it is important for all of us to learn how to make the most of the tools available to us in this technological era. Digital skills are no longer optional, and I value continuous learning, initiative and the ability to adapt to changing work environments.
I hope to continue growing in spaces where I can refine my analytical and digital skills, contribute meaningfully to an organisation and eventually support others in learning and using these tools as well.
